| Each group has an overall leader but each person is encouraged to take part by bringing something to the group.
There will be a welcome, opportunity to get to know people better,
a time of worship, song, reading or meditation, a word,
either application of last Sunday's message or a topic relative to the group.
This would include a time of prayer.
Within each group they will set their own work,
something that they would like to achieve as an individual or group,
that others could support them in this.
Each evening is flexible and might focus more or solely on one of these parts.
Each of these groups give a safe environment for people to express what they think and feel as well as experiment with their new gifts and ministry that God has given them.
During each term these groups will have social events,
going out on trips, having barbecues or meals together. |
